Hi Sharon

I bought my friend some Logitec mains only speakers for her Pc from Argos for
around £20, as she has a very small laptop that's quieter than some insects
I've heard. They seem very good to my ears, but I don't know how they compare
to the other ones recommended here.

  Hi Sharon,

Here we are, a ready made link, just for you:-

http://www.gadget.co.uk/index.php?Operation=ItemSearch&Keywords=travelsound&SearchIndex=Blended

That should get you there. If for any reason it doesn't work, go to
http://www.gadget.co.uk, and put Travelsound all one word, into the search box.

Steve, where can I get those speakers from. Are they available from high
street stores, or do you know a website I can have a look at.

  Many thanks.

  Hi Ray,

I tend to prefer the Creative Travelsound speakers. They are really good for
the BC, and use battery or mains. Bit more expensive, but boy, do they sound
good. I use them at exhibitions, and don't forget, the BC is a creditable MP3
player too, so you don't want tin pot speakers like the TDK offerings. Just my
opinion.

Right off the ones that come to mind are the TDK speakers, which serve also
as a CD wallet. They come in stereo and mono flavours. Morgan Computers were
selling off the stereo ones for around £15.00 and dare say many are selling
them off now as they never really took off. They are battery powered by the
way, and are meant to booste the output of Walkman's and the like, and would
suit the Book Currier fine.

    Hi,

Is it possible to put a loud speaker on the BC, and if so, what kind do I
need. Can it take powered speakers. The last thing I want to do it blow it up!

Does anyone recommend any good speakers, and if so, where were they from.

I'm going on holiday, and thought it would be good to use with a loud
speaker for the family, etc.

    Many thanks.
