[access-uk] Book Courier Question

Hi,
can somebody tell me why I keep getting the error "play error opening file
data file i o error" on my BC.
I have tried to copy 3 RNIB talking books on to it today, and each time have
received that error.
Batteries are ok, and card is empty as I have no books on there. Do I need
to reformat the flash card or is my BC packing in.
