Maybe in GOdalming, but not in London, as they're not in foursquare when I use it, I have a feeling that foursquare now gets data from google maps, so maybe they're there somewhere, but I don't see them when I use maps either.

I certainly get told by Blind Square where the bus stops are when I'm
walking around. But not when I'm on the bus as it automatically
switches to vehicle mode.

The bus stops in Godalming *might* have been entered by Four Square
users but I don't think so.

Steve, no neither would I, if I din'[t want an expensive solution I'd
use Google maps, which is much better than it used to be. I bought
blindsquare when it first came out, and it's handy sometimes.

Hi Alex,

Well data from Foursquare is so unreliable to be honest, certainly round
here, that I wouldn't use Blindsquare as my primary method of getting
about.

I once asked Les Smithson if he could add Foursquare data to NowNav for
Android, but I think it really isn't worth it.

Steve, I think Ilka, the developer, is trying to add that, I'm not sure
where he's getting the data from though.

Hi,

I don't believe it does. It knows your street, but doesn't have a bus
stop
database.

Hi List

Earlier this week someone mentioned that Blind Square announces bus
stops.
I have tested this today but without success. Could someone advise me
please how to change the settings so this will happen.

Thanks.
