Ah didn't see the message about downloading at your own risk.
Interestingly my understanding is that here in the UK it's not illegal
to download copyrighted material. The reason so many people have been
taken to court is because using P2P networks to download the files
causes them to also be available for others to download inadvertently
from your own computer and therefore is classed as distribution. On
that basis I think it would be them who would be in trouble, not us
for downloading the files. Obviously different countries will have
different laws.
