Hi George
Please do not walk away, I have found this list invaluable and I along with
many others on this list appreciate all your support.  "You can't please all
of the people all of the time".  For those who are complaining there is
always the delete key-very simple to execute.

best wishes
Henry

George,

That would be a great shame and a loss for everyone; but I appreciate
that there's only so much and so far ... but please think on it a little
more.

I am one of many who very much appreciates your loyal service.

Steve,

I'm reaching the end of my tether with this and have wasted the better

With so many unhappy people one way or the other, unless someone comes up
with a suggestion which can be tested, I'm very tempted to simply close the
list down and let someone else start the perfect list for all.

Hi George,

Sorry, no dice.  I don't use the Nod32 Add-In, I always disable it, but I
still get blanks from you and others, but only on this list.

I think it is definitely an encoding issue.

All the best

Steve

Although the following mentions "Exchange Server", it may be that your ISP
is using this.

Worth a try at least.

Email messages with the body of the email missing/blank as well as
messages that are returned as undeliverable without a header are symptom of
a known issue with two commonly used antivirus products:
*AVG
*NOD32

I've been trying to establish why some are receiving blank messages.

Assuming you get this, and ONLY if you have received such messages, could
you please advise if you are using AVG for your virus protection?

Please don't reply unless this is the case.

And let's hope this plain text message isn't is not one of those which
arrive blank!

George
