Hi.

This may not be a dead battery.  Ali, take a look at your laptop's
documentation.  On my laptop for example, there is a way in the BIOS to
refresh the battery.  This completely discharges the battery, then recharges
it over a cycle of a few hours.  I don't know how you do it, as this is
non-standard, but it will be in the BIOS of your laptop.  I think you will
find if you do this, your battery will begin to full charge again.

It is not the battery that is wrong, it is the battery guage on the laptop,
thinking the battery is charged, when it is not.
