Hi all,
A bit off topic, but for AA batteries, I use my hand-held fan as a battery
checker. I can tell how much life there is in an AA battery by the pitch and
speed of the fan motor. I really should get out more. (smile).
If anyone does find battery charger with an audio output, I'll be interested
in it. It's one of those ideas which Cobolt might have developed. Perhaps we
could request they look into it if there's no equivalent out there.

Does anyone have any experience of such a device? I've just done a quick
search on Google and come up with a battery charger from Caretech for
£95.00, which seems quite expensive to me, but there didn't appear to be a
UK celler. Any other options? Maybe a light detector/colour detector in
combination with a standard battery charger, might that work?
