Subject: [access-uk] Battery Tester

I use a lot of double A and triple A batteries in my various devices, so I
use rechargables. Keep track of which battery is charged and which needs
charging, in my bag of spares, it a problem. I use tricks like keeping
pairs together with elastic bands and having the charged ones the same way
around while the uncharghed ones are opposite ways around.

However, being rechargables they run down even when not in use and I often
put in what should be a charged set to find it is flat.

So my question is does anybody know of an inexpesive battery tester that is,
in some way, accessible? Talking would be best but big LCD letters or
display would do the job too as I have a little vision.
