Hi Phil,

I've not got a card reader because, as far as I know, the Halifax have no
intention of introducing them. They probably will at some time.

Best wishes,

Keith

Ok guys, so I hold my hands up as plead ignorance...what exactly are these
talking card readers for, use in the home with your own bank account or to
use in shops etc for chip & pin. Perhaps I'm the only one who doesn't know,
well ok so go on enlighten me why I would need one?

Hi Andrew.

Thats good news. I can't remember, whether Natwest own RBS or the other way
around, but either way at least the darn things exist. I think it must be
costing the banks a fortune to send out all these card readers. Although
considering the profits they make, it's probably just a drop in the ocean.

Darren.
