Hey thanks. I have found the site. I thought it would cost a lot and am pleased to find it's free.

Hi Donna,

I use Jaws and the Replicator works brilliantly with it, and I think that's going to be the case with the other big two screen readers too. If you go to the KarenWare page at

http://www.karenware.com/

You'll find a bunch of free "Power Tools" which the Replicator is one of them. I've tried couple of Karen's tools and both proofed to be very accessible, useful and easy to use. This is one of the sites which's definitely staying on my favourites list.

HTH,

Barry, does this work with JAWS or are you a Hal or Window Eyes user? Was it expensive? It sounds v interesting.

Hi Ali

I use Karen's replicator. It's very accessible and user friendly with
jfw5.1. Here's a brief description from the site:

Automatically backup files, directories, even entire drives! Karen's
Replicator copies selected files from one drive/folder to another. Source
and Destination
folders can reside anywhere on your network.

Options include repeated copies at intervals as short as a few minutes, or
as long as several months, copy only files that have changed, and the
replication
of file deletions.

New features allow you to specify which files should not be copied, and also
which days a file should be skipped!

You can get it from:

Hi,
can someone recommend me a user friendly backup software? I am hoping to
backup my system and other documents on an external hard drive on a regular
bases.

Thank you.
