Ali,
A friend of mine was telling me about a Freeware thing he uses, he has it run
on a schedule each night and it backups only changes. I've just ssent hima DM
on Twitter to find out what it was called. I think it might have been Easysync
but am not sure. I'll shout back when I get a reply.

Karen's replicator is a brilliant software, but, you are not able to get it
watch the folders to replicate changes real-time.
