[access-uk] Backing-Up using Norton Ghost and external DVD writer

Hi Folks,
Can anyone help? I'm trying to make a back of my system on DVDs, using Norton
Ghost but the programme doesn't seem to be able to locate my external DVD
writer. I obviously need to change some settings but haven't managed to fathom
out where to go. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'll be most
grateful.
