[access-uk] Backing up Pacmate's contacts database

Hi, I'd like to creat a backup of the contacts stored on my Pacmate on a
memory card. I planned to do it by copying the store from the Pacmate to my
PC then transferring it to a memory card. But where are the contacts stored
by default on the Pacmate? And what will the name of the file be?...cheers
