Hi,
I don't know for certain whether it's a hoax, but I received one as well,
and the idea was that you needed to log into your email account at least
once every 150 days or the online email account would close and you'd lose
all of your folders - not the ones on your computer but the ones you access
on the webpage. I imagine a call to BT customer service would either confirm
or refute this.

I have just received an email from BT, saying that if I do not use my
email for 15 days, they will close my account. Is their side one who that I
