I gathered that Alexander but while I have been subscribed to BT for a few years now, I am puzzled as to what people might be discussing in relation to it. Are they having problems on a regular basis? Now if I was having a problem with transmission, perhaps I would not be able to get my e-mail through, that type of thing, so what is being discussed? Sorry to be stupid on this one.

Hi Eleanor, The News Group is for anyone who uses BT Broadband, but I believe that other than myself, there is only one other visually impaired subscriber. Issues discussed are basically anything to do with BT Broadband.
