do you have to be signed up to 1571 already to be invited?
Are there charnges other than having the calls forwarded?

I don't get broadband from BT, but I got the message inviting me to take up
the link to mobile last week and subscribed to the service. Like someone
mentioned, I think it is a roll out across the country that is not yet full
coverage.
