Would you get your money back if the item was opened?
There is also a health risk, particularly as the mis-labelled product had nuts
in and could be harmful to a diabetic.

yes I was joking but, within that smidgen of humour lies a serious point.
although as has been pointed out, it was probably human error rather than
intent to mislead.and I dare say Tesco will be quick to remedy the error.

Think it would be a bit petty. It is a mistake that should be sorted though.

As a point of interest I wonder if Braille mislabelling could count as
being breach of the trades descriptions act?

As some of you know I was recently asked to write a piece for the
Guardian on Braille and hopes for the future. In that piece I mentioned that
The co-Op labels many, though not all of its own brand lines in Braille. Today,
however, I found a discrepancy between the print and Braille packaging. I
bought a pack of Co-Op bran flakes. Thankfully I don't have to rely solely on
the Braille to identify products because the Braille said that the pack
contained Golden Honey Nut Corn flakes. I'll have to go back and determine
weather all of the packs are labelled wrongly in Braille. ** To leave the
