I would second that. It's only the website that's the problem.

I can only speak as I find. I used BMIBaby on all my trips between Belfast
International and the mainland, (Birmingham mainly), and I never had one
tiny squeak out of them. They looked after me from the time I checked in
till I met my taxi driver at the other end. Coming back was always the
same. And I find them helpful over the phone. It's just their website
that, last time I booked a flight, was a nightmare.

And the day I moved here, I had a lot of luggage, way over the allocated
amount as it turned out. But they were great about it, and only charged me
half what I should have paid. I thought each case was considered
individually, not your entire amount. Phew! I got quite a surprise.

Personally I think they are great! I booked assistance in advance, and I
always got it, better even than when booking train journeys. Now that is a
laugh!!

Jackie,

Last time we used them, delayed going out, delayed coming back, and wife
spoke to staff at Charles de Gaulle, who said it was always like that, and
they were fed up with them.
So currently its either Air France, Jet2 or Easyjet. I won't be coming to
Ireland with Ryan Airlines either.

See Utube Fascinating aida cheap flights, for a laugh.

Cheers

Dave

I've never had a problem with the airline in terms of timing or assistance.
It's their website I don't care for, but RNIB are onto them.

The website is a headache, just wait till you fly with them, that's if you
get off the ground.
They are on my list of Airlines never to fly again with.

Have you tried Jet2?

Cheers

Dave

Hello,

Sorry I didn't take note of it, but can anyone give me the number for
contacting BMI Baby for flights please, as their site is a headache!

Regards,

Mike
