Sandra - Thanks for this suggestion; I've installed, and just ahead of
clicking the finish button, can I ask you if I need to check the button that
says: "configure setting for real media" this box is not checked by default.
I've left all other settings as they were, not really understanding what
changing them would do. Thanks - Andy
