I just get a message saying they are still experiencing major
problems and thus some links may not work.

I've been unable to link to BBC7 for three weeks.
Has anything changed?
A friend rang and was told that all was working fine but the person
she spoke to was using a mouse and couldn't give key strokes.
We both use Windows XP..
