Could you give us some more info? Which links have you tried which aren't
working? What happens when you try them?

I've been unable to link to BBC7 for three weeks.
Has anything changed?
A friend rang and was told that all was working fine but the person she
spoke to was using a mouse and couldn't give key strokes.
We both use Windows XP..
