I wholly agree, not only should simple commands as that be simple and constant,
but also the BBC have a duty to ensure that all aspects of I player are
accessible. Who do they think they are to launch a technology service for the
audience facing public without first ensuring that all of it is accessible,
audio description is incorporated and so on?
I think we should start a campaign to petition the board of trustees, it is not
acceptable in this day and age.

I had a similar experience and solved the problem by getting a sighted
person to adjust the volume control on the IPlayer website.

I thought i had cracked it and the sound was much better than the old
Real player system. However, today I tried to listen to The Jungle Book and
yesterday's Archers. It appeared to be playing but not a sound could I hear. I
can't think of anything I have done. Am I alone?
