Ian,
I don't want to be pedantic, but I am not sure that this actually falls within 
the usual 
meaning of Podcasting".  The BBC  experimental Podcasts, like "In our time" 
employ  
RSS feeds with Mp3 enclosures which are regularly updated. I use Ipodder to 
download 
them.  

These Beethoven symphonies of which I already have several can be  downloaded 
with 
IE or any other browser in the normal way from links on a web page, and this is 
just a 
"one off".  No special software is required.   


please correct me if I am wrong.
