John The start up list is empty. My computer is telling me that Avast is turned off, but still I can't get rid of it. I can't find an uninstall within the program, neither can I remove it from Add/Remove in Control Panel or by deleting it from the program list. I get the error each time saying the folder could not be removed and may be in use. If you haven't try that then try to uninstall it again. Although the program is not in the Start Up menu, it seems to start when the computer starts. I have turned off protection, but still when I try to remove I get an error message saying the program may be in use. There doesn't seem to be an uninstall option within the program itself. Can anyone help? Follow me on Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/barkingbabs Barbara Wilson T: 02887784046 M: 07917710779 E: barkingbabs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx IM: creativeeyes@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Skype: creativeeyes
