[access-uk] Autostart Disks

My son on his lap top running Windows XP Home tells me he cannot
automatically start any CD he inserts in his machine. This is something I
understand is easy to correct but I don't know how. Could someone tell me
what he has to do to enable his applications to automatically start when he
wants to load new programs please.
