[access-uk] Automatic activation [not sure if that's its name] need help

Hi
You know if you insert a disc in to a drive on the computer, a window comes
up automatically, if you're using a digicam it tends to bring up Nero, its
so you can install progs without having to manually start things off etc.
I think you can turn it off, how? I'm rather in urgent need to know.
