No Sean, that is quite helpful. Thank you. So you add the series to your Sky plus recording list or whatever it is called, and your digital box then records the episodes automatically when they are aired? I may consider upgrading to Sky plus if that is the case. Still though, why the damn every simple task has to be an elaborate project for us. *frustrated* Cheers, Amro ----- Original Message ----- From: Sean Randall To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, November 08, 2010 10:54 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Audio described programs on iPlayer Amro, I've found that many a series on iPlayer is missing at least one episode described, even when that episode has been described on air. I've never received a satisfactory explanation from the BBC as to why this should be, despite numerous enquiries when series have been running. I have Sky+ now, and simply use that instead. I'm at least guaranteed my audio description that way. Not of much help to you I know, but at least you're not losing your marbles. I mean a TV series with only some of its episodes audio described? I am trying to find the audio described versions of the current episodes of Reggie Perrin and Being Human on BBC iPlayer but they don't seem to be there. Unless I am going senile, I am sure last week's instalments were audio described! Sorry if this is a basic question but, believe it or not, I started paying attention to the audio description feature only very recently. I gave audio description a go a couple years back but found it to be intrusive. I tried it again in the past few weeks but I am finding it to be very useful this time! Any thoughts?
