[access-uk] Audio Description (was BBC Licence Changes)

Hello all,
A few weeks ago I looked through the Braille TV guide for one week and noticed
that though programmes like soaps have audio description more often than not,
AD films were relatively few and far between.
As far as ITV goes, I think it's a drag that:
1. ITV player accessibility still leaves something to be desired, and
2. Programmes which are audio described at transmission time are never
described on ITV plus 1...ulness, of course, you know different.

ITV are far better than BBC for AD, though of course I can't speak for Sky.
