Hi Mandy,
Maybe the credits have run out and that’s why it is telling you unavailable. I
think the credits only last for so many days. I think that’s how it workss but
I guess I could be wrong on this.
I guess you could give them a call. They are quite helpful.

Hi Mandy
When I purchase a book I find it easier to go on to the audible website
(www.audible.co.uk/access <http://www.audible.co.uk/access>) and purchase the
book. I don’t think you can buy a book via the Audible App, although, I
could be completely wrong.
Best wishes
Henry

I am using audible on the desktop and can’t even find anything about buying
books on the app on my iPhone.

Mandy, are you using Audible on the computer/desktop site or on the Smart
phone?
You're normally given the option to buy it with the full prize of x £ or with
one credit?
Please feel free to ring if you have any questions.

Yesterday I purchased a book and then saw that I have three credits so
realised I had bought it full price.
I went to customer services and got them to call me back in five minutes,
brilliantly easy, so now I have a refund in place but I cannot see how to
purchase the book using my credit. I have added it to my basket or cart,
whichever they call it, but I cannot find the option to purchase using my
credit, it says unavailable but why is this if I have three available credits?
Mandy.
