hi.

assuming you're using the latest version of TB, go in to the message that has the attachment. press control end to go to the bottom of the message. press tab twice and there should be a list box with the attachments that have come with the message. press applications on the one you want and select the desired action. i hope this helps? if there is no list box, after going to the bottom press tab once. if your screen reader does not say button pressed but just says button, press space then tab and the list box should be there.
