Asuming that nothing has been altered, the key should be on the router.if the router is a BT home hub 3, there is a pull out tab on the top edge of the router that he needs to pull out and get somebody sighted to read for him.
Hope this helps. Kulvinder Singh Bhogal Skype: bobba2006 Messenger: Kulvinder@xxxxxxxx Tel: 01332 514323 Mobile: 07581483856----- Original Message ----- From: "Eleanor Burke" <eleanorburke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

I told him that he should have a security key but he has never heard of that. How would I advise him further about getting the key? Would it be written on his router or does this have to be generated? Like I say he is not using wi-fi at home with his broadband.
