Had problems with the ASDA Credit card some years ago, and it was quite a
struggle to sort out the accessibility issues!
It's doable now though.

Hello List,
Last nuight we struggled with the Asda on-line shopping page. It got to the
stage that every time we added something the page would freeze, the headings
would disappear but the final straw was when we got to paying for it there was
no complete transaction button. In desperation I called the on-line shopping
phone number and the person at the otherd manage to complete our order.
I tried several ways of contacting Asda but I drew a blank with every number.
Again, in desperation I called the technology team at RNIB and got absolutely
nowhere.
I eventually was connected to the campaigns team but I got cut off after
another long wait.
I am so fed up with both Asda and the Rnib.
What are the RNIB doing about these regularly occuring access issues.
It seems to me that they pick up the ball for so long but drop it again and
leave us swinging in the wind.
