[access-uk] Articles for the blind labels?

Hi folks,
Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question however I have to send a
package to the other end of the country which weighs about 3 killos, if
properly packaged would the post office process the thing if it is intended
for another blind person using a articles for the blind label? Sorry, never
been down this road before! Any thoughts?
