Hi Children are taught braille by QTVIs and support workers in school. Adults are taught be rehab officers or volunteers at local societies. There is no qualification anywhere that includes how to teach braille, but the book Sense and Sensitivity by Nigel Berry, available from RNIB is a good start. The qualifications that do exist are in the braille code, not how to teach it.
