Apple, the world's largest technology company, is preparing to address
the biggest public relations crisis in its history. A press conference
this evening is expected to deal with technical problems with the iPhone
4 and accusations that the company has dealt with complaints in a high
handed manner. Has Apple's reputation been damaged by all of this, or
will its extraordinary rise simply go from strength to strength?
