Hi Mike

I'm all for choice, and I think it is healthy in this industry not to have
one dominant player. Ironically, it's an exciting time to be blind if there
is one? (smiles).

Jacki,

Yeah, I think that is the problem across the board in general; there are so
many choices; this one does this function, but that other one does not....
and the end user is always left having to settle for one that fits his/her
budget; does the main things required, but not all they would like etc.

I am not saying Apple is perfect, but it looks as if they are heading the
right direction.

Cost is an issue, but if upgrades are free, this helps, aws we cannot all
upgrade software/hardware as often as we would like to, due to the ongoing
costs of both.

Regards,

Mike
