Ray - they seem to be the cheapest now, at 25p per min to other networks at
all times, but I've just heard that coverage for here in Devon isn't that
great, so I'll have to check this out

There's only one thing I'd add to all this.  While T-Mobile compares pretty
favourably on call rates and number of free minutes, and the free voicemail,
it comes at a price - to others.

I recall looking at the rates BT quote for dialing other networks and
T-Mobile was certainly the most exspensive.  I've no idea how much is down
to BT and how much is down to charges networks make to other networks for
accessing their networks.
