[access-uk] Anyone using the new TalkTalk ISP?

Hello All,
If anyone is currently using the new TalkTalk ISP supplying
phone line, UK phone calls from landlines and broadband at 21
pounds a month, could they let me know their impressions of it?
Is it reliable?
Does it also provide spam and virus checking and removal from
its own servers?
Can you get online easily?
Any noteworthy drawbacks, etc?
