You will not be able to stop this error message Andrew, so need to call
Dolphin technical support on 0845 130 5454 they will help you through
the problem.

Hi all,
I wonder if anyone has had problems installing Supernova version 6.50? I
have just formatted my Toshiba laptop and done a clean install of
windows.
I installed Supernova and everything worked up to version 6.03. When I
installed 6.50 the problems started. Supernova starts to load and then
an error message pops up. Startup error -5.
Any ideas?
