You haven't been reading the message thread have you? Pete said you can't
remove favourites using the app, and as far as I can see, you can't.

Hi, why not just to eliminate the problem and use the app instead.

thanks for the reply.
i forgot to say this happened in different browsers and with different
speach programs, so as well as with jaws it happened with NVDA, system
access and the old windoweyes.
it never used to happen say a year ago the morrisons website worked
fine with any browser and speach but then they updated their site and
suddenly this started happening.
as i said i reported it within a couple of days of the site being
updated and their help line said they would look into it and come back
to me but they never did.
if only theyed add the facility in the app to remove things from your
favourites list i wouldn't use the website at all.

Hi Pete,
I believe this JAWS headings thing is a JAWS problem, not a problem
with Morrisons, as I've seen it on other web sites.
But a possible way round it, is to use the heading number. So for
example, if the products are on heading level 2, keep pressing 2
instead of H and
Shift+2 instead of Shift+H to go backwards.
You also don't say which browser you are using, so it could also be a
browser issue.

hi Catherine,
like others have said the app for morrisons is very easy to use but
lacks one thing as far as i can tell.
and the reason i mention this is because jaws has some problems with
the morrisons website.
i don't know if anyone else has come across this problem when using
the website but i reported it to morrisons months ago and they were
ment to be looking into it but haven't done anything so far.
the problem jaws has is that if you are browsing down a list of
products in a catagory or search results and using the next heading
command to jump to the next product if you then decide to go back up
the list because you went past something you ment to get using the
shift heading command it will often send you many products up the
list or to the top of the page meaning you would have to go all down the
it even sometimes jumps down several items when using the next headingitems.
command and i only found this out as i did the same search on the
website at the same time as i did it on the app and after going down
the list on the website and on the app the website seem to have less
they did infact have the same items which i found by cursoring downwhen doing your shopping.
the website results instead of using the next heading command which
confirmed that you can't use this command on the website and know
that you have read all the results.
this all works fine in the app but as far as i can tell you can't
delete items from your favourites list in the app meaning you have to
log onto the website to take items off your favourites list and then
you get a similar problem as when you delete an item it doesn't leave
you where you were in the list to continue deleting more items and
instead puts you at the top of the page.
so if only the app allowed you to
take items off the favourites list it would be perfect, but as it
stands every time you buy something different it is automatically
added to your favourites list and you then need to edit it
periodically otherwise it becomes huge and takes ages to navigate down
if anyone else has found a way of removing products from theSent:
favourites list in the app i'd love to know how.
pete.

Yep, the app for Android and iOS are both very accessible. The
