If you follow some tips that I implement like; looking at seller's feedback and how positively they are rated then, at least that takes some, not all of the risk away. Like Colin said, there is a fair amount of risk involved but, people take on the cautious tips I follow. You'll generally be fine. it's risky but, still safe.
