[access-uk] Re: Another troublesome website

That page is a total code wreck!  I ran an accessibility report, and
it reported that 76% of the page would come under the category of
"users will find it impossible to use some pages".

I've linked to the report below, but I also note that the page says:
"New Home-Options webpage - coming soon! For everyone who has been
waiting for new Home-Options website, worry not - we will be launching
it soon!"

Hopefully, they'll iron out those problems.
