Absolutely it would. And now they have fixed the crashes in 4.4.1 of
Talkback, it could even be acceptable.

Looks like its another low spec phone but re the LG, Steve, as a secondary
basic phone, would talk back work on it simply for making and receiving

Don't know it, but I'll investigate.
I could never recommend the LG Wines to my customers, because the UK model
is too low spec and probably wouldn't do what most expect from a smart
phone. But I'll take a look at this one.
By the way, Talkback is fixed now for LG Wine phones since 4.4.1.
