Hi Mandy, in Outlook, press JAWS key v to open the Adjust JAWS Options dialogue box, scroll down to read messages automatically, press space to turn it on, and press enter to save this particular setting. Hope that helps. Why not join my Blind Hobbyist group? Is it worth it I wonder? Still I do like to have the choice.

Now when I open an email message it doesn't read automatically what do I
have to alter to rectify this, please?

Mandy.
