Hi Peter,
Put it into the phone directly. You'll get better performance, and what
happens when you want to swap memory cards? You lose speech. If you put it
on the phone, you can just hot swap cards without switching the phone off.
A much better plan.

I installed talks into my N95 and it works great within minutes. Just moved
it all over onto the memory card. No problems as yet.

I read someone mention a problem installing Talks. I also had a problem
where the phone gave a low beep and stopped just after half way but I tried
a few times and it seemed to just work. It might be worth just trying
again.
