They have made significant changes to their privacy policy including the
ability to switch off call recording so you no longer need to have a session of
your call made available to Aira for product improvement evaluation and dispute
resolution purposes. They explain this in an email, I can dig it out for you if

Let’s hope they sorted out their insecurity issues, among which, they were not
GDPR compliant. If they did though, it’s potentially a good service.
