Hi,

I use the Siii and the Galaxy Nexus. Both have dictation as standard as it
is part of the Android operating system.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [access-uk] Android or iPhone for dictation?

Hi all -

Need to make a quick decision here, as my N82 has demised! I was considering
the iPhone5 to begin with, but given it's price, also started to consider
Android phones, with or without a keyboard. One feature I think I would like
on the iPhone, if it works well, is Ciri, I would love to be able to just
dictate texts and notes, or call up a contact to call, instead of swiping
around the screen, even though I'm pretty comfortable with touch screens, or
am with my iPod, my only experience to date with touch screens. Anyway, is
anybody using an Android phone that has dictation software built in, like
the iPhone? I know it's all subjective when it comes to phones, but I'd be
interested in the Android phones people use and like, and why. I was looking
at the Galaxy s iii, it gets great reviews, but looks a little large to me.
I'm also considering the Sony Ericsson pro [mk16i] that has a qwerty as well
as touch screen. Any thoughts/observations -

Andy
