Hi Janet,

Thanks I tried this, but I still didn't get very far. I was able to
change the dispatch address to another in my address book but I couldn't
then move on. Following the text which asked the question "Is this a
gift" with no way of answering it, there was a long list of "people also
bought.." etc

I wonder if the checkout has changed again since you last used it?

Gary

Hi Gary

I had this problem a few weeks ago and if you do insert z and then go to the check out it should work. Remember to do insert z again when you have finished.

Subject: [access-uk] Amazon checkout inaccessible?

Hi all,

Has anyone used the Amazon check out process recently, it seems to have
become very inaccessible.

I am using IE 11 on Windows 7 with Jaws 13. I have also tried Firefox
with similar results.

If anyone has come up with a work around I would be glad to hear about
it ( I think there was some traffic on the list about this problem a
little while ago but I didn't take notice of it at the time).

Thanks

Gary
