Hi Peter

Yes, she's not bad, more than comfortable to listen to.

I listened to a podcast demenstrating the Amazon Echo and I was really
impressed with the quality of the voice. I wish there was a sapi version of
it.

Hi Tony

You can go to All Skills on the Alexa website, and there is also a combo box
to choose Alexa on the Amazon website that offers loads of skills, including
the newest ones.

You don't need your computer to be on once you have set Alexa up.  If you
are adding skills to the device from the Alexa website, these don't take
effect until you have left that site.

Hi Jackie, all,

I wonder where one can get the list of Skills for the Echo/Dot?

I assume you don't have to leave your computer on when using the device
after setting it up of course or am I wrong about that, have WiFi.

Best,

Tony Sweeney.
By the way have orderd my Dot so looking to having such enjoyment/fun/info
and more with it.
