No, that’s not its purpose.  It really allows you to read audio books only,
although Kindle with TTS is available in the US and not here, so hopefully
it will come.

 

It also allows you to place orders from third parties with your voice like
JustEat.

 

It also allows you to place repeat orders with Amazon.

 

Finally, it plays music from Amazon Prime, Spotify, Tune-In Radio and
others.

 

Oh and it reads news, weather and other information.

 

I think that’s about it.  I’ve ordered mine and will get it for £99.99
thanks to being a Prime member.
